策划
   理解和掌握技术Trend、用户/商务的要求事项，建立战略及项目计划。
项目管理
- 能够执行组成符合相应项目的WBS、日程计划、成果测量和差异分析等活动。
- 能够事先认识和分析危险因素,建立对应措施。
- 通过组织计划、人资规划、开发组织能力，最大限度提高组员能力。
质量管理
   充分理解开发全过程确保质量活动，能够测量、分析和评价每项活动效率。
管理Tool
   能够利用形象管理、Project管理等工具，提高Project效率。

Planning
   Identify the technical trend and user/business requirements and set the stategy and plan the project.
Project Implementation Management
- Implement proper WBS in relevant project, plan the schedule, measure the performance and analyze the differences.
- Set the counteraction plans by recognizing and analyzing the hazardous elements in advance.
- Maximize the use of competence of each team member by organization planning, securing human resources and team development.
Quality Management
   Understand the quality assurance activity throughout the development stage and measure, analyze and evaluate the efficiency of each activity.
Management Tool
   Enhance project efficiency using tools including configuration management and project management.
